Our valuers and staff members are the lifeline that drives our purposes of accuracy, transparency and professionalism across all services. As such, our valuers are required to undergo regular professional development through the Australian Property Institute (API) to ensure that all practices, procedures and standards are maintained and adapted with the changing industry. Promoting and requiring professional development among our valuers maintains our API obligations to continually improve our knowledge of the property industry.
We also ensure that our staff members are provided with quality training and equal opportunity to further grow and develop within the workplace. As such, we provide our team members an educational environment in order to develop their working knowledge of our services and the larger property valuation industry to help our clients.
As a result, our team of senior valuers and staff members all receive continual training and development within their roles to build upon their skillset to provide a more cohesive experience for our clients.
